        (1) After replacing the superheat pipe air preheater, the original preheating system is not required except for the drum and the draft fan, and the power system and the lubricating oil system are all unnecessary.         (2) In the past, the regenerator of the rotary preheater required the replacement of the regenerator. The spare parts need to be around 20×RMB¥, and the heat pipe generally does not need to be repaired within 5 years.


        (3) The use of the heat pipe preheater will effectively prevent dew point corrosion and ash blockage, thereby avoiding the preheating system removal caused by the preheater failure, thus producing better benefits.


        (4) The superconducting heat pipe preheater saves 1500t of fuel oil, equivalent to about RMB150×RMB¥. The payback period is only 8 months.
