First, the working principle

There are many types of heat sinks, such as IGBT heat sinks and superconducting heat pipes. Their working medium is made up of a mixture of various inorganic active metals and their compounds. It has extraordinary thermal activity and heat sensitivity. It absorbs heat and is exposed to cold. . High-power heat pipe radiator, this kind of thermal superconducting medium is activated at a certain temperature, and transfers heat in the form of molecular oscillation. Its super thermal conductivity makes its thermal conductivity 10,000 times that of ordinary metal. It is a water heat pipe. Ten times or so, there is almost no attenuation of temperature in the conduction direction and it can be transmitted at a very fast speed (supersonic transmission).

Second, the characteristics

The super heat pipe has the following characteristics compared with the ordinary heat pipe

(l) A wide range of applications. The applicable temperature is 60-1000 ° C, while the general liquid working fluid such as water can only be used at 100-350 ° C. The temperature and pressure curve is shown in Figure 1.

(2) Safe and reliable. There is no overpressure in the tube, and there is no fear of dry burning. After the liquid working fluid is vaporized, the saturated vapor pressure increases with the increase of temperature, and the internal pressure of the superconducting medium heat pipe does not change with the change of temperature.

(3) Save steel and optimize heat transfer. The design can be made without regard to the compressive strength, and only the heat transfer performance, corrosion resistance and stability can be considered

(4) Can eliminate the dead zone of heat conduction. Water and other liquid working fluids have different forms of chemical reactions with the parent metal during the high temperature phase transition. For example, water and heat pipes are prone to generate non-condensable gases such as hydrogen, thereby forming a heat conduction dead zone on the upper part of the heat pipe, which affects the heat transfer effect. Superconducting media heat pipes do not have this problem.

(5) Easy to install, not subject to installation location. Generally, heat pipes must rely on gravity to achieve circulation of liquids (called gravity heat pipes). The superconducting heat pipe can be installed arbitrarily, and heat can be transferred as long as there is a temperature difference.
