2. Requirements for the Application of Environmental Conditions


2.1 For the quality of cooling water, the resistivity of circulating water should not be less than 2.5Ki2, the PH value should be between 6} 9, the temperature of inlet water should not be higher than 35 C, and the flow rate of water should be 4-18L/min.


2.2 When used in high voltage or high voltage equipment, it is necessary to ensure the above water quality requirements or higher water quality requirements.



2.3 During the operation of water-cooled radiators, special attention should be paid to water leakage prevention, blocking prevention and condensation prevention.

3. Damage and identification of residual radiators on the market presents many low-priced and low-quality residual radiators. 3.1 The quality of raw materials (purity, thickness, processing accuracy, etc.) and manufacturing technology (cracks and shrinkage holes occurring in casting), low quality raw materials and rough and defective technology will directly sound the thermal conductivity of radiator.


3.2 The surface roughness and flatness of the radiator touching table directly affect the touching thermal resistance and pressure drop.


3.3 Disk-shaped spring for radiator should ensure that after 24 hours of flattening, the tension spring should be stable from the height. Otherwise, the tension spring may fail after a period of time, which will lead to poor touch between radiator and tube core.


4. Questions on the Repeated Use of Radiator Replacement Components

Because the diameter of the radiator mesa is larger than the diameter of the tube core, under the action of pressure or moment, the mesa of the radiator will inevitably deform. If the same diameter or larger diameter of the tube core is mounted on the radiator, it will cause poor touch between the table and the outer surface of the tube core, thus failing to ensure outstanding heat dissipation.


If the user needs to reuse the radiator, it must ensure that the surface roughness, parallelism and flatness of the radiator countertop meet the demand, otherwise in operation, it is very simple to damage the equipment due to overheating. Especially for water-cooled series radiators, before repeated use, it is necessary to carefully check the deformation of their countertops. If there is a clear subsidence, they should be replaced.


In order to ensure excellent heat dissipation conditions, each tube core should have the corresponding radiator matching.


5. Avoidance of SS Series Radiator Condensation

In hot and humid season, the water-cooled radiator simply presents the appearance of condensation. If we do not pay attention to it, it will easily lead to equipment insulation reduction and short circuit fault. For most application environments, attention should be paid to the following things to avoid condensation.


5.1 In hot and humid season, pay attention to the difference between ambient temperature and cooling water temperature not less than 5 C.


5.2 When power failure occurs, the water shall be shut down immediately after closing the knife; when starting, the water shall be closed immediately after opening and closing operation is closely linked with the water cut-off operation, and the order can not be inverted.
